Not feeling social? We get it. Put on your smoking jacket and reading glasses, grab a novel from the mahogany shelves, and flip through the dusty pages. This distinct fragrance recalls the atmosphere of an historic library of yesteryear, beginning with a teakwood top note that gives way to a heart of cedar and leather. Earthy sandalwood, dark musk, and patchouli wrap up this woody scent. So bury your nose into the familiar world of your imagination, where you're recharged, and safe & sound (and hopefully, understimulated). The scent of withered books and aged ink never smelt so good.

*oils include cedarwood, patchouli, vetiver, elemi, and cade.  (We don’t use ANY animal products - leather is just a note resulting in the fragrance blend, influenced largely by patchouli, smoke, black tea, and wood. Fellow vegans, rejoice!)

Candle 101: PLEASE READ!

  1. Trim your candle wick to 1/4-inch every time you go to light it.
  2. The first burn is the most important: burn up to 4 hours the first time.
  3. Allow melt pool to reach all sides of the glass before extinguishing!
  4. If candle begins to tunnel wrap candle jar by making a foil cone (with an opening at the top) to even out the melt pool.
